Wuxi (China); July 15, 2026 – UMBRAGROUP and Wuxi MBY Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. (MBY) today celebrated the Grand Opening of Umbra (Wuxi) Industrial Co., Ltd., the new joint venture company established to design, manufacture and commercialize high-precision ball bearings for next-generation industrial applications.

Located in Wuxi, one of China's leading manufacturing and technology hubs, the new company will focus on the development and production of high-performance bearing solutions for applications including high-speed machine tools, advanced factory automation, industrial motion systems, civil robotics and emerging humanoid robotic platforms. The location places the joint venture at the heart of one of China's most dynamic clusters for next-generation robotics and intelligent manufacturing technologies.
