Today, April 1st 2022, is a magical day for UMBRAGROUP: we are blowing out 50 candles today!
Half a century of history, which saw us born as a family business in a small Umbrian town, Foligno, and grow to become one of the world's leading players in technological solutions for the aerospace, defense industrial sectors.
Our history is characterized by a strong innovative spirit that led UMBRAGROUP to face the challenge of internationalization, with the acquisition of two German facilities (1996 and 2011) and two American facilities (1999 and 2018). This history has seen constant investments in technologies, research and development and collaboration with universities and research centers. The story has remained unchanged since our birth in 1972: we continue to innovate, working as a team with passion and dedication, today a distinctive feature of our brand on a global level. It is our people that make us unique in the world. Our human capital is the real wealth and the center of UMBRAGROUP activities.
