Confirmation and expansion of the Board Members
One year later, the UMBRAGROUP Board of Directors is confirmed, with Eng. Reno Ortolani serving as Chairman, Dr. Beatrice Baldaccini as Vice President, Eng. Matteo Notarangelo as Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Leonardo Baldaccini, Lawyer Marco Rossi, Eng. Sonia Bonfiglioli, and Dr. Sara Ortolani as Board Members.
The team—appointed one year ago and composed of professionals capable of ensuring both continuity and innovation—is now strengthened by two new members: Claudio Becchetti, CEO of Comear and BSP, and Eng. Marco Fumagalli, Senior Advisor at Kon Group. These two new additions bring their expertise and human depth while maintaining agility, an innovative spirit, and a strong commitment to all stakeholders.
The new Board of Directors, taking office following the approval of the 2023–2027 Strategic and Industrial Plan, will support the Group during a crucial period of business transformation. UMBRAGROUP is increasingly committed to becoming a key player in the evolution of motion solutions—particularly through the development and production of increasingly complex mechanical, electronic, and electrical architectures.
