UMBRAGROUP Expands into Asia-Pacific with the Opening of Umbra (Wuxi) Industrial Co., Ltd. in China.

July 15, 2026 – Wuxi, China – UMBRAGROUP and Wuxi MBY Bearing Technology today celebrated the Grand Opening of Umbra (Wuxi) Industrial Co., Ltd., a new joint venture established to design, manufacture, and commercialize high-precision ball bearings for next-generation industrial applications.

Located in Wuxi, one of China’s leading manufacturing and technology hubs, the new company will operate in some of the most innovation-driven sectors, developing motion solutions for high-speed machine tools, advanced industrial automation systems, motion control applications, civil robotics, and emerging humanoid robotic platforms.

The new partnership combines UMBRAGROUP’s expertise in precision engineering and advanced manufacturing with MBY Bearing Technology’s deep knowledge of the local market and bearing technologies. This joint venture represents an important strategic milestone in the Group’s international growth journey, supporting the expansion of some of the most dynamic industries across China and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
