Acquired 100% of ERA Electronic Systems shares
A new and significant milestone has been made official for UMBRAGROUP, which has acquired 100% of the shares of Era Electronic Systems, already a strategic supplier and long-term partner for the Group’s electronic solutions. With nearly 20 years of experience, ERA is known in the aerospace and Defense sector as a provider of design, qualification, production, and after-sales services for devices and systems. ERA counts among its clients the major Italian and international players in the industry.
Sharing a mission focused on the implementation of high‑technology systems, Era’s entry into UMBRAGROUP is part of a strategic plan aimed at acquiring new capabilities and supporting the Group’s growth in the electrification sector.
