UMBRAGROUP continues to grow: 51% of COMEAR and BSP acquired.

This morning, the Umbra Group officially finalized the acquisition of 51% of COMEAR and BSP.

UMBRAGROUP is now even more closely connected to the historic company based in Spello, with whom it has shared a deeply rooted partnership. For nearly 30 years, both companies have been suppliers to the Foligno headquarters, serving both the Industrial and Aerospace markets.
Present at the signing, together with UMBRAGROUP’s Leadership, was Claudio Becchetti, CEO of COMEAR and BSP, who will retain the remaining 49% of the shares of the two companies.

Since last June, Claudio Becchetti has also been appointed as a member of UMBRAGROUP’s Board of Directors, confirming the strong relationship built on trust and mutual respect.

This operation allows the Group to leverage important synergies for the development of increasingly complex, innovative, and sustainable architectures, working alongside a leader in the production of high‑complexity components. Together, they aim to offer an even greater competitive advantage in a market that is constantly evolving.
