This morning, Beatrice Baldaccini, Vice President of UMBRAGROUP, spoke at the conference ‘Professionalism Behind the Scenes in Support of Aircraft’, held at Palazzo Trinci. The event was organized as part of the series of meetings promoted by the Italian Air Force Association – Aviators of Italy, in collaboration with the Umbria Aerospace Cluster, on the occasion of the celebrations for the one hundredth anniversary of the Italian Air Force.
Beatrice Baldaccini’s speech focused on new talents and the qualities they must possess to stand out in an increasingly competitive world and market. ‘Beyond technical and theoretical skills,’ said Beatrice Baldaccini, ‘it is essential for new talents to have curiosity!’
Indeed, we believe that in a constantly evolving world, having a hunger for knowledge and an open mindset toward learning is undoubtedly an indispensable trait for new talents.
