Corporate culture as a competitive advantage: the UMBRAGROUP case

UMBRAGROUP’s Leadership invited to speak about our corporate culture to the Carabinieri of the ‘Garibaldi’ Barracks in Perugia.

Yesterday morning, General Gerardo Iorio hosted, at the “Garibaldi” Barracks in Perugia headquarters of the Umbria Carabinieri Legion Eng. Matteo Notarangelo, CEO of UMBRAGROUP, Eng. Reno Ortolani, Chairman of the UMBRAGROUP Board of Directors, and Dr. Beatrice Baldaccini, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, for a presentation to the Carabinieri on the UMBRAGROUP case during a conference titled “Corporate Culture as a Competitive Advantage.”

For us, it was a valuable opportunity to share our corporate culture and illustrate how it positively influences relationships with all stakeholders from customers and employees to the wider community.
We continue to firmly reaffirm and promote the idea that our Group’s greatest strength is its People, particularly their alignment with a forward‑looking vision and corporate strategy, as well as their integration and motivation.

An important role in achieving a balance between people, strategy, and results is undoubtedly played by leadership.
For UMBRAGROUP, it was a morning of positive dialogue, converging toward a shared goal with the Carabinieri: working for the common good.
